Our partnered educators play a key role in guiding students through personalized academic journeys, whether they are catching up, advancing ahead, or preparing for college-level work.

Almond Blossom Academy does not directly employ instructors for all offerings. Instead, we maintain a network of trusted independent educators whose services may be recommended to our students.

As a partner:

• You operate as an independent contractor, not an employee

• You may offer courses, tutoring, lessons, or specialized instruction

• Your services may be recommended to students when appropriate

• Students may receive academic credit for approved coursework or instruction

We are looking for individuals who offer:

• Academic tutoring (Math, Science, English, History, etc.)

• College-level or advanced subject support

• Elective or enrichment courses

• Music, arts, or instrument instruction

• Specialized or professional skill-based learning opportunities

Ideal partners are:

• Experienced and knowledgeable in their field

• Professional, reliable, and organized

• Strong communicators who work well with students

• Aligned with a flexible, student-centered learning model

As part of our network, you may:

• Provide 1-on-1 or group instruction

• Offer structured courses or ongoing lessons

• Support students in academic or enrichment goals

• Communicate progress or completion for potential academic credit

To partner with Almond Blossom Academy, contractors must:

• Pass a background check and fingerprinting (At your expense)

• Hold relevant qualifications and experience (Not required, but highly recommended.)

• Provide services independently (set own rates/schedule)

• Agree to academy safety and conduct policies

• Provide references and complete onboarding review

As an independent educator:

• You set your own rates and pricing

• You are paid directly by the students or families you work with

• Almond Blossom Academy does not provide compensation or reimbursement

• We do not guarantee student enrollment or usage of your services

Almond Blossom Academy retains a 20% commission on all payments received by students for services provided by partnered educators that are recommended or facilitated through the academy.

This commission helps support ongoing student placement, academic coordination, and program operations.

This fee applies only to students referred or recommended through Almond Blossom Academy and does not affect services arranged independently outside of the academy.
