  • Amanda Olson serves as Principal, Teacher, Tutor, and Co-Owner at Almond Blossom Academy. With a deep commitment to personalized education, she leads our program while actively teaching and providing one-on-one tutoring support to help every student thrive at their own pace. Amanda is passionate about creating flexible, supportive learning pathways that combine academic rigor with genuine mentorship, empowering students to accelerate their progress, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals—whether earning a high school diploma or preparing for college and beyond. With over 15 years of experience in individualized academic instruction and 7 years of professional classroom-based learning leadership, bringing a strong record of educational excellence, student development, and measurable academic growth, Amanda brings extensive expertise to her role. She holds an Associate’s degree in Human Behavior, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Child Development, and a California teaching permit for PreK. Her strong academic background and hands-on experience shape her nurturing, student-centered approach, allowing her to truly understand each child’s unique needs and support their growth with both knowledge and compassion.

  • I’m a co-owner of Almond Blossom Academy, where I’m passionate about helping students find success in a way that works for them. Being closely connected to today’s student experience, I understand the challenges many face in traditional education.
