Enrollment & Admission Process
At Almond Blossom Academy, our enrollment process is intentionally personalized and thoughtful. We believe that every student is unique, and our goal is to ensure that each family who joins our community is set up for long-term success. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, we take the time to understand each student’s academic background, learning style, and future goals before finalizing enrollment.
The process begins with an Initial Consultation ($75). This first meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know the student and their family on a deeper level. We’ll discuss academic history, strengths, areas for growth, and what the student hopes to achieve. It’s also a time for families to ask questions, explore our programs, and determine if Almond Blossom Academy is the right fit.
Following the consultation, families who are invited to move forward will complete an Enrollment Application. This step allows us to more formally review the student’s information and ensure that we can provide the appropriate academic structure and support.
Once the application has been reviewed, we schedule a Second Consultation ($75). During this meeting, we finalize all enrollment details, including the student’s academic pathway, expectations, and next steps. This is where everything comes together and a clear plan is established for the student’s success.
After the second consultation, the student is considered fully enrolled and officially becomes part of the Almond Blossom Academy community.
Because we understand that the first few weeks are critical, we include a One-Month Evaluation Consultation (Free) as part of tuition. Approximately one month after enrollment, we meet again to assess how the student is adjusting, review their progress, and make any necessary changes. This is also when tuition is finalized based on the student’s individualized needs and academic plan.
Our goal throughout this process is not just to enroll students, but to build a strong foundation for their growth, confidence, and achievement.
-
Families begin with a one-on-one consultation where we learn about the student’s academic background, goals, and needs. This also provides an opportunity to ask questions and explore whether Almond Blossom Academy is the right fit.
-
Following the initial consultation, families who are invited to move forward will be given access to the official enrollment application for review and submission.
-
Once the application has been reviewed, a second consultation will be scheduled. During this meeting, we finalize enrollment details, discuss the student’s academic plan, and review expectations.
-
After the second consultation, the student is officially enrolled at Almond Blossom Academy and may begin their program.
-
Approximately one month after enrollment, a third consultation will be conducted at no additional cost. This session is used to evaluate the student’s progress, make any necessary adjustments, and finalize tuition based on the student’s academic needs.

Almond Blossom Academy utilizes an initial consultation as the formal application process for admission. The initial consultation constitutes the sole basis upon which the Academy evaluates prospective students for eligibility and admission.
Submission of any enrollment form, interest form, or related documentation shall not constitute an application for admission and shall not create any entitlement or presumption of acceptance. Enrollment forms are processed only following a successful admissions determination made prior to the initial consultation.
The Academy reserves the sole and absolute discretion to accept or deny admission to any applicant following the initial consultation for any lawful reason, including but not limited to academic readiness, behavioral considerations, program fit, capacity limitations, or administrative judgment.
All admissions decisions are final and not subject to appeal unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written policy of the Academy.
